The Comprehensive Corporation was founded in 1949 to provide write - up and tax work for small to medium sized businesses. Comprehensive was merged with Century Business Services in 1999. Century Business Services (C-Biz on the stock exchange) was purchased by Fiducial in 2001. </B></div> <div> <B>Our local office was founded in 1985 by A.J. Pelletier and was a franchisee of Comprehensive Business Services, Inc. We have dropped the name of comprehensive and our new corporate name is Creative Business Solutions which is more indicative of our present business model. For the last five years we have two staff members that are Enrolled Agents with the IRS in our office and offer complete tax work and representation. Since 1993 we have a local CPA officing in our suite.</B></div> <div> <B> The owner of Creative Business Solutions is still A.J. Pelletier and a </B><B>profile</B><B> </B><B>of A.J. is available here on this site.
